Introduction to the Arts

 

At St. Joe’s, each student contributes to the department, the school, and our community by exploring and developing his talents in the arts. We offer extensive opportunities in visual, vocal, instrumental, and theater arts. A majority of students study the arts for more than the one-credit requirement, with many participating all four years.

 

Studies show that involvement in the arts enhances overall educational success. We are committed to providing a quality, safe, and respectful environment for our young men to tap into their creative talents. 

 

Production, performance, and academic study of the fine arts reflects a spirit of integrity, professionalism, and stewardship - recognizing God as the ultimate artist working creatively through us.
