About Mr. Thoin
Began his SJCI coaching career in 1998 and his counseling position in 2000
Education: BS in Distributive/Business Education, Buffalo State College; MS in Counseling, Canisius College
Other roles held at St. Joe's: Head Soccer Coach, Lasallian Formation Leader, and Twinning Program Coordinator
Notable Achievements:
- 2011 WNY Section VI High School Soccer Coach of the Year
- 2013 Lasallian Leadership Institute, Cohort III - Buttimer Institute for Lasallian Studies
- 2022 NYS Private School Coach of the Year
Mr. Thoin, a former St. Joe's parent, is very fulfilled in his work assisting our young men achieve their college goals, which is their next important stage in life. He believes St. Joe's is a wonderful place for a young man to find his path in life.
