Mr. Frisina enjoys watching the "light bulb" go off when the students really grasp a complicated concept or idea. He recognizes that the students at SJCI really care for one another and each other's well-being. Additionally, he cherishes being part of a faculty and staff comprised of wonderful people trained in the traditions and values of St. John Baptist de La Salle who truly care about the young men entrusted to their care.

"My teaching philosophy is student-centered and focuses on building trusting relationships with my students in and out of the classroom. The foundation of my instructional style is rooted in my theatre arts background, regardless of the subject matter. My techniques hopefully inspire each student to explore his own personal creativity and learning by integrating his thoughts, self-awareness, and enthusiasm for the subject matter."
