SPRING OPEN HOUSE for all prospective families
Sunday, April 21, 2024, 10:30 am-1 pm
All prospective students and their families are invited to Open House for private, self guided tours of our modern campus. Your tour map will direct you through our campus to interact with our teachers, staff, coaches, and students. This a pre-registration event only with limited attendance and appointment slots. Select your arrival time below. Your family is welcome to stay on campus for as long as you wish.

MARAUDER FOR A DAY (Shadow Day) for prospective students in grade 8
Begins Monday, September 25
Marauder for a Day allows prospective 9th grade students in fall 2023 the opportunity to become a St. Joe's student for the day! A current freshman will act as your son's guide as he experiences our Community of Excellence. Each Marauder for a Day is paired with a current freshman, attends all classes, enjoys a complimentary meal in our Dining Room, and ends the day with light refreshments. St. Joe's is limiting the Marauder for a Day Program to twelve (12) prospective students per day.

EXPERIENCE ST. JOE'S PROGRAM for all prospective families
Wednesday, May 1, 9-10:30 am
This program allows prospective families the opportunity to experience our Community of Excellence during a morning or evening in a small group setting. Each session includes remarks from our President, Christopher Fulco, Ed.D., and Principal, Mr. James Spillman '95 along with a tour of campus including opportunities to interact with current students, teachers, coaches, and parents.

ENTRANCE & SCHOLARSHIP EXAM for prospective students in grade 8
All prospective members of the Class of 2028 must take the Catholic High School Entrance & Scholarship Exam.
An Application for Admission must be completed prior to the exam. After November, St. Joe's offers the Entrance & Scholarship Exam monthly by appointment. Contact the Admissions Center at 716.874.4953 or [email protected] for more information.

We encourage all 7th grade boys considering St. Joe's as a high school destination to take a free practice Entrance & Scholarship Exam under normal testing conditions. The exam takes approximately three hours and all testing materials are provided by St. Joe's. A full exam score report is mailed to your home approximately 30 days after the exam.

Finally, while we are able to welcome prospective students and their parents to campus, we understand some families are uncomfortable with in-person visits. We are happy to meet for a private face-to-face meeting with our Admissions Team via Zoom. If you would like to schedule a Zoom appointment, contact the Admissions Center at [email protected] or 716.874.4953.
