MARAUDER FOR A DAY (Shadow Day) for prospective students in grade 8
Begins Monday, September 23
Marauder for a Day allows prospective 9th grade students in fall 2025 the opportunity to become a St. Joe's student for the day! A current freshman will act as your son's guide as he experiences our Community of Excellence. Each Marauder for a Day is paired with a current freshman, attends all classes, enjoys a complimentary meal in our Dining Room, and ends the day with light refreshments. St. Joe's is limiting the Marauder for a Day Program to twelve (12) prospective students per day. We will also be offering the opportunity for parents to tour campus with one of our Admissions Team staff at the time of your son's drop off or pick up on the day of his MFAD visit.

EXPERIENCE ST. JOE'S MORNING PROGRAM for parents of prospective students in grades 6, 7, & 8
Each session will include remarks from our President, Christopher Fulco, Ed.D., and Principal, Mr. James Spillman '95, a tour of campus including opportunities to experience classes in session and an opportunity to interact with current students. Sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, 1/8, & 3/12 from 9 - 10:30 a.m.
ENTRANCE & SCHOLARSHIP EXAM for prospective students in grade 8
All prospective members of the Class of 2029 must take the Catholic High School Entrance & Scholarship Exam.
An Application for Admission must be completed prior to the exam. A completed Application for Admission listing St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute as your first choice high school serves as registration for the Entrance & Scholarship Exam on Saturday, November 23, 2024. After November, St. Joe's offers the Entrance & Scholarship Exam monthly by appointment. Contact the Admissions Center at 716.874.4953 or [email protected] for more information.

If your goal is to become a member of the St. Joe's brotherhood, then now is your chance to find out how you’d perform on the Scholarship & Entrance Exam. We encourage you to take a practice St. Joe's Entrance Exam under normal testing conditions for FREE! Any young man currently in 7th grade is eligible.
Finally, while we are able to welcome prospective students and their parents to campus, we understand some families are uncomfortable with in-person visits. We are happy to meet for a private face-to-face meeting with our Admissions Team via Zoom.
