If your son likes sports and wants to know more about what goes on behind the scenes, the SJCI A-Team is perfect for him!
- The A-Team is a chance for students to get an introduction to sports broadcasting and production.
- We live stream through MarauderTV on the NFHS Network for more than 150 events each year, with opportunities to do play-by-play, color analysis, camera operation, graphics input and stat-keeping at each and every one of them.
- Your son can explore a potential career opportunity or just have fun talking about sports at a more detailed level.
Alums of the St. Joe's A-Team have gone on to be involved in broadcast productions at Syracuse, St. Bonaventure, Canisius, Niagara, Pitt and Duquesne.
The SJCI A-Team will hold an informational meeting after school on Thursday, April 10, at 2:30pm in Room 104, to answer questions and learn more about the opportunities this spring and next year.
If your son has other questions or can't make the meeting but still wants to be involved, have him contact Vinnie Christiano at [email protected].
The Buffalo-Dortmund Youth Ambassador Program is looking for St. Joe's families to host German students from August 23 to December 6, 2025.
The program includes excursions like rafting in Letchworth, the high ropes course in Ellicottville, Niagara Falls and more. It is led by our own German and Spanish teacher, Amy Hardy. This is a great program for any student, not just those learning German.
Check out their YouTube channel for host family and student testimonials. Reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] for more information.
