- The Parents' Guild is looking for a few parents to help plan the 2026 Mother-Son Social. Coordinators will help choose the venue for next year and work with a committee of parents to put together a fantastic evening for all of our St. Joe’s moms. - Attendance Reminder for Students and Parents: With the start of the spring athletic season, please remember that students must be at school no later than 8:30am to participate in after-school activities. If arriving after 8:30am, students must have a doctor’s note to participate in after-school games and practices.
- The Father-Son Mass and Man of the Year Award Ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 16, at 9:30am in the Hogan Gymnasium. We invite all family members of the St. Joe's community to the Mass and reception, where we will recognize and celebrate our students' fathers, grandfathers, godfathers and father figures. - Attention, Sophomore and Junior parents and guardians! On Wednesday, March 19, the St. Joe’s Counseling Department will bring interested sophomores and juniors to the NACAC National College Fair at the Buffalo Convention Center. We will leave St. Joe's around 8:30am and return around 10:30am. There will be over 175 colleges in attendance for your son to meet, ask questions and begin gathering information. If your son is interested in attending, please complete the permission form with him.

- Attention families who utilize district buses: Transportation forms for the 2025-2026 school year can now be found on your district’s website. All forms are due to your district by Tuesday, April 1.
- Community service hours are due! Be sure to make every effort to have them submitted before then using this link. Due Tuesday, April 1.
- The Tuition Assistance Application for 2025-26 is now open. Families must apply HERE for tuition assistance each year. Tax documentation for 2024 is required as part of the application. The deadline is Tuesday, April 15.
