Responsibilities:
- Recommend annual tuition and fee schedules.
- Develop 3-5 year financial projections to help plan and control "moderate" tuition increases in the future.
- Work closely with the Negotiating Committee to support and clarify financial proposals.
- Recommend the annual budget to the Board of Trustees.
- Review the following:
- Budget and budget-making procedures
- The investment portfolio and developing oversight procedures and policies.
- The school's mortgage, lease, and other financial obligations.
- All insurance coverage maintained by the school.
- The annual financial statement.
- The scholarship and tuition assistance programs.
- Monthly analysis of financial operations.
