Responsibilities:
- Direct the current efforts towards potential acquisition of additional property.
- Provide input into strategic planning projects and the development of an ongoing technology plan.
- Develop a preventative maintenance program for upkeep and maintenance of school plant.
- Establish priorities for use of facility replacement reserves.
- Review of proposals and contracts dealing with the school plant.
- Develop guidelines for use of school facilities by outside agencies and groups.
- Consider expansion of west side campus.
- Perform a safety audit.
- Update capital projects list for the next three years.
- Coordinate with the Christian Brothers' organization.
- Ongoing use of Brothers' residence by the school.
