Responsibilities:
  • Direct the current efforts towards potential acquisition of additional property.
  • Provide input into strategic planning projects and the development of an ongoing technology plan.
  • Develop a preventative maintenance program for upkeep and maintenance of school plant.
  • Establish priorities for use of facility replacement reserves.
  • Review of proposals and contracts dealing with the school plant. 
  • Develop guidelines for use of school facilities by outside agencies and groups.
  • Consider expansion of west side campus.
  • Perform a safety audit.
  • Update capital projects list for the next three years.
  • Coordinate with the Christian Brothers' organization. 
  • Ongoing use of Brothers' residence by the school.
