Learning to Listen & Respect

At St. Joe’s, the Campus Ministry team creates space for conversations that connect to what’s happening in the world today. Rooted in the Lasallian tradition, these conversations reflect a commitment to respect, inclusion, and care for each person.

Students take part in guided discussions that invite them to consider different perspectives and think more deeply about their own beliefs and values.

These conversations take shape in a variety of ways, including:

  • Vocation and Calling 

  • Care for Creation

  • Inter-religious Dialogue

  • Global Catholic News

  • LGBTQ+ Inclusion Ministry

  • Faithful Citizenship 

  • Mature and Faith-based Sexuality

  • Solidarity with the poor

REAL PRESENCE GROUPS 

Students have the opportunity to meet in small groups where they take time to talk and reflect together.

 

Building Bridges 

Students and alumni can take part in conversations that help them to better understand one another and engage thoughtfully with topics that shape their lives and relationships.

Stewardship Club

A student club focused on hands-on service, connecting care for the Earth with reflection on the world.
