The Parents’ Guild has three main purposes:

1. Foster a spirit of community within the St. Joe’s family.
2. Offer programs benefiting both parents and students.
3. Raise funds for the SJCI Endowment Fund and capital improvements.

The Guild pitches in at a variety of school events throughout the year, helping bring our community together. Volunteers are always appreciated, so if you can, lend a hand at an event or two; it’s a great way to get involved and give back. 

• Freshman Parent Orientation: An evening for freshman parents to learn about the first few weeks at St. Joe’s.
• Back-to-School Night: An opportunity to follow your son’s schedule, meet teachers and enjoy an Oktoberfest celebration.
• Open House: Showcases the school to prospective students and parents, with the Guild hosting refreshments.
• Liturgies: Monthly Sunday Masses with themes (e.g., Freshman Class, Mother/Son, Grandparents), followed by a Guild-sponsored reception.
• Sports Night: An annual fall event raising significant funds for the athletic program, featuring food, beverages, a raffle and a theme basket auction.
• Mother Son Social: A very special evening for mothers and mother figures. Enjoy a night of dinner and dancing with your son!

Save Your Receipts, Support Students

The Parents’ Guild collects Dash’s Market receipts. Every receipt contributes to funding the Parents’ Guild initiatives that directly benefit our students.

Please send any receipts into school with your son. Receipts can be dropped into the orange-labeled bucket near the cafeteria.
