Online Enrollment for the 2019-20 School Year

Once again, congratulations on your son’s acceptance to St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute.  Our faculty and staff are eager to welcome him to campus in the fall.

We have done our best to make the online enrollment process as easy as possible. There are several pieces of information included in this form that are vital to our staff in order to serve you and your son, so thank you in advance for completing this form in its entirety.

The following steps are required to formally enroll your son in the St. Joe’s Class of 2023:

  • Complete all required Student Information and Parent/Guardian Information in the fields below. Required areas are marked with *.
  • Carefully review and complete the 2019-20 Tuition Agreement and Select a Payment Plan in the fields at the bottom of this form. 
  • Once you complete all required fields, click submit at the bottom of the page. You will be automatically directed to our secure, online payment portal. 
  • Pay the $525 enrollment deposit via our secure online payment portal.

2019-20 Tuition Agreement

Payment Plans:

Payment is due on or before the 15th of each month according to the plans listed below:

  • Annual:  June ($100 discount if payment is made by July 1)       
  • Quarterly: using the automatic debit method of payment in June, September, December, March
  • Monthly: using the automatic debit method of payment from June to March

Important note: The method for monthly and quarterly payers is by EFT (automatic debit to your bank account). Annual payers may send a check to St. Joe's.

I/we understand that by completing this agreement for the coming academic year, I/we agree to accept the Tuition Policy detailed on the SJCI website.  This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.  If more than one person is listed on this form and accepts the terms, each is jointly and severally liable for the amounts due under this agreement.

One payer per household is required.  In the situation with two payers, please specify percentage.

Tuition Payment Options

St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute utilizes the EFT method (automatic debit from your bank account by electronic transaction) for accepting tuition payments.  Annual payers do have the option to use a check for payment.  A $25 NSF fee will be charged for any EFT returned by our bank. You may use either a checking account or a savings account.

Tuition statements are mailed on a quarterly basis. (June, September, December, and March)

Enrollment Deposit

The Enrollment Process is not complete until the deposit is received. Families of incoming freshmen are responsible for a non-refundable deposit of $525 to ensure a spot in the Class of 2023.

• $100 of the deposit is a one-time registration fee

• $425 is applied towards tuition
