If you are currently in grades 9, 10, or 11 at another high school and want to become a part of our Brotherhood, here is what you will need to be considered for a transfer admission:

1. Complete the online application:

• Online Application for Transfer to Grade 10, 11 or 12

2. An official school transcript or copy of report cards must be submitted as official documentation of a student’s marks. 

• You can provide your current high school with our Academic Record Request Form.
• Final grades from the last three (3) years of study are required to evaluate a student for admission as a transfer. 
• If a student is applying mid-year, grades for that year may be current through the last marking period completed. 
• St. Joe’s does not accept transfers into senior year, except for families moving into the WNY area.

3. Once a completed application and all necessary transcripts or report cards are received, the Admissions Committee will review the application. If the applicant meets the basic requirements for transfer into St. Joe’s, the Admissions Office will contact the applicant and family to schedule an interview.
