Building the Future, Rooted in Mission

Strategic Plan 2026-2029

St. Joe’s has always been shaped by moments of vision and renewal. From our founding in 1861 to the transformative investments of recent decades, each generation has strengthened our mission while preparing the school for the future. Through Strategic Plan 2022–2027: Advancing Our Lasallian Mission, we achieved meaningful progress across many of our priorities, advancing several key initiatives ahead of schedule and positioning St. Joe’s for continued growth and success.

This year, I am proud to introduce our new Strategic Plan: Building the Future, Rooted in Mission. Developed by a collaborative team of trustees, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and friends of the school, this plan charts a bold, mission-centered path for St. Joe's through 2029 and beyond. Grounded in our Lasallian Catholic identity, it honors our 165-year legacy while preparing young men for the opportunities and challenges of the future.

The strategic plan focuses on eight key domains essential to the continued strength of St. Joe’s. Across each area, we have identified priorities that will strengthen our academic program and student experience, support innovation, attract and retain students, enhance our campus facilities, and ensure that a St. Joe’s education remains accessible, transformative, and deeply rooted in the Lasallian mission.

Above all, this plan is about making the St. Joe’s of tomorrow even better for our students than the St. Joe’s of today. It is about forming gentlemen of integrity, scholars, leaders, and servants who will make a positive impact on the world around them.

Sincerely,
Christopher M. Fulco, Ed.D., President
