Strategic Plan 2022-2027
St. Joe's has always been shaped by key moments of vision and renewal, from our founding in 1861 to the major campus transformations of the last few decades. Today, we continue that tradition of growth and mission-driven leadership with Strategic Plan 2022-2027: Advancing Our Lasallian Mission. Developed with input from faculty, staff, alumni, and the broader community, this five-year plan outlines our commitment to strengthening academic programs, expanding access, investing in student well-being, and living out the core Lasallian values that define our identity.
Much of the work is already underway. We've made substantial progress toward several goals and remain focused on preparing young men for lives of faith, purpose, and service.
With the continued support of our community and trust in the guiding presence of God, we are building a more vibrant, inclusive and sustainable future for St. Joe's and every student we serve.
