Students living within fifteen (15) miles of St. Joe's are eligible for bus transportation as provided by their local public school district. Bus transportation must be applied for, with the public school district, annually prior to April 1 of the year preceding the transportation need.

Buffalo: Residents of the City of Buffalo may apply for a Metro Bus pass if they live 1.5 miles from St. Joe's. There is no charge.

Lockport: The Lockport City School District does not provide transportation to St. Joe's. However, St. Joe's has contracted with Ridge Road Express to provide transportation for students in the Lockport City School District to and from St. Joe's for an annual fee of $500

North Tonawanda: The North Tonawanda School District does not provide school bus service to St. Joe's. The NT schools offer Metro Bus passes to residents for a $150 fee.

The following school districts offer late bus service for students partipating in after-school activities: Clarence, Grand Island and Sweet Home.
