8104 Journalism Credit: 1/2 credit
This course is for you if you are interested in learning more about how magazines, TV, and newspapers work to report the news. You will also regularly gain experience doing the kinds of writing assignments that reporters do.

4084 Entrepreneurship / Introduction to Business Credit: 1 credit
Prerequisite: Instructor's permission.  Class size is limited.
This full year course is designed to cover the characteristics and skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur   Students will be brought through the processes of starting and developing a business or practice, develop a business plan to include marketing, management, finance and operating components of a business.  Students will participate in SAGE (Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship).

4094 Accounting Credit: 1 credit
Prerequisite: Instructor’s permission.
This is a full year introductory course dealing with accounting principles and procedures with emphasis on the entire accounting cycle, using a debit and credit approach.  Topics include analyzing transactions, journalizing, ledgers, posting, financial statements, adjusting and closing entries.
