Board of Trustees Identifies Strategic Plan
June 29, 2009
As the school nears the conclusion of its most successful capital campaign ever, with over $13 million raised to date, the SJCI Board of Trustees has engaged in the process of positioning the school for the next decade (including the school’s 150th anniversary in 2011) and beyond. Board chairman Mark E. Brand ’80 has appointed Anthony J. Colucci III ’76, Board vice chairman, to chair the 14-member Strategic Planning Committee. That committee, under the direction of Mr. Colucci and Mr. Brand, has identified the following seven (7) focus areas, which will comprise the content of the upcoming Strategic Plan: Academic Life (championed by Barbara Heller), Advancement (Bill Mabee), Enrollment Management (Bart McGloin), Human Resources Planning (Bob Woeppel), Religious/Spiritual Life (Anthony Colucci ’76) , Student Life (David Nasca), and Technology (Jim Denzak). If you have questions concerning the strategic planning process, please contact Scott Burns, Vice President for Institutional Advancement at 716-270-4115 or sburns@sjci.com.
